Reforming Hand is committed to strengthening transparent, lawful, and accountable governance within private housing societies across Lahore and Punjab, in alignment with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and applicable provincial laws and regulatory frameworks.
…Our mission is to provide a structured, accessible, and lawful platform for grievance redressal, enabling residents, management bodies, service providers, and relevant authorities to engage in coordinated problem-solving based on fairness, due process, and institutional responsibility.
We aim to improve service delivery, enhance compliance with legal and administrative standards, and protect the rights and interests of all stakeholders, including overseas Pakistani investors, by fostering trust, transparency, and confidence in Pakistan’s residential and housing development systems.

Reforming Hand undertakes a comprehensive range of community welfare, service facilitation, and advocacy initiatives across private housing societies in Lahore and Punjab, aimed at improving quality of life, ensuring service delivery, and strengthening lawful governance.

Coordination of NADRA mobile van visits for CNIC and related documentation within housing communities.

School van services with live tracking to ensure safe, transparent, and reliable transportation for children.

Assistance for residents in processing driving licenses through organized support and guidance.

Regular free medical camps, basic health checkups, and awareness sessions for community well-being.

Distribution of essential medicines to deserving individuals within housing societies.

Facilitation of eye checkups, treatments, and surgeries for underprivileged residents.

Annual plantation drives during August (Pakistan Independence Month) as a tribute to national freedom, promoting the message of “celebrating independence by planting trees for a greener Pakistan.”

Organized Sehri and Iftar arrangements (langar) for residents during the holy month.

Community services during important religious occasions including Eid, Muharram, and Rabi-ul-Awwal to support collective welfare and organized arrangements.

Collective butcher teams at designated locations with standardized rates to ensure fair pricing, hygiene, and protection from seasonal exploitation.

Advocacy and facilitation for improved public transport connectivity for housing societies including Khayaban-e-Amin, Lake City, Fazaia, Eden City, UOL, Eden Home, Shahzad Town and surrounding areas, in alignment with Government of Punjab urban mobility vision.

On the request and representation of Executive Committee members and community stakeholders, Route 20 Speedo Bus Service (7 buses) has been approved by the Punjab Transport Department, improving public transport access for multiple housing societies.

Assistance in individual and community issues through structured coordination and relevant forums for lawful resolution.

Facilitation of EPA emissions testing drives and environmental compliance awareness within housing societies.

Emergency relief support for flood-affected communities including temporary shelter arrangements, bedding, food rations, medicines, and cash assistance, in coordination with relevant stakeholders for timely rehabilitation and recovery.

Coordination with public aid committees and welfare-oriented civil society groups, including community support initiatives, to collectively raise and address the concerns of affected residents across Lahore and Punjab in a lawful and structured manner.

Sustainable development of well-governed, transparent, and service-oriented housing societies, including landmark facilitation cases such as community land allocation and development support in Khayaban-e-Amin after long-standing community engagement efforts, aimed at improving infrastructure and future living standards for residents.
